Download answers to odd numbered exercises and errata

To download student materials for the book:

1) Go to: http://www.course.com

2) Select: Student downloads - Learn how

3) This will open a second tab in the browser, with the instructions.

In the original, first tab, type the ISBN-13 from the back of your book.

4) Then follow the instructions, as given in the second tab.

You will find the instructions may not represent exactly what you need to
do, due to differences with different operating systems and changes in their web site, but you should be able to muddle through.
